Last Day in Solvang

It's arrived, my last day in Solvang. I will be so sad to say goodbye to these lovely people, they have made me so welcome in their lovely home, but Helena awaits me in Seattle, so must away!
Yesterday we went back to the Casino, I had seen a little trinket I wanted to buy for Gladys, but they had told me before we went the previous day that there were some strange looking people there and to keep my hand on my money. So I didn't take my credit card with me !!Yesterday I went back with my credit card !! One thing that is different at the Chumash Casino to the Burswood is that the Valet Parking is free and while one is waiting for the car to be brought up there are free bottles of water on ice if you want a drink .There are also free buses running all the time to take you to Santa Barbara or where ever you come from around here. Pity Burswood don't offer a bit of service like that.
Must away to pack my gear, as usual, everything is left to the last minute. I will be leaving here around 6am. The plane doesn't leave until 8.15am, but if there is a heavy fog, as there was this morning, it will be slow going down the mountains.
