Birr Friday 6th Oct.2006

Haven't a lot to write about today. Yesterday I went to Pat and Jack's Store and spent a long time just looking around. It is a lovely shop consisting of seven rooms. Jack lived in the house that has been incorporated into the store when he was a boy. There is always something to be done there.Eg, putting stock on display and ofcourse the never-ending dusting. Yesterday I helped Pat price and hang some Christmas Napery. Their Christmas Room is beautiful and it seems from remarks over-heard from people walking around looking, everyone thinks the same. I will try and take some photos to put on the blog.
Tonight I will be going to my first Ice Hockey match. I will tell you about it on my next blog.
The weather is getting cooler. The nights are decidedly cold !!!
Now I am going to have lunch and go to the store again to offer my services for the afternoon. Thanks for comments received.
