Vancouver
Have just been having a look around Vancouver the last few days. Jackie, my hostess, has been busy with some friends of hers who are very ill in Hospital so Graham has been showing me around.
Thursday Helena went to Metro Shopping center and Graham and I just picked up a few groceries. Friday morning Helena went home and after lunch Graham took me around the Western end of the Fraser River. There's a lot of the Industrial area around there,all very interesting. The great high bridges fascinate me the most though. When we drive over them I feel I'm on top of the world!!! I tried to take a photo of the Alex Fraser Bridge but I could'nt do it justice.
Friday Jackie went to the Mormon Church to do her Genealogy work and Graham and I went and picked her up around 8.15pm so I was able to get a night view from the bridge too. Thousand of sparkling lights. What a view !!
Today is a beautiful day weather wise, around 20degs is forecast, so Graham is going to take me around the beach areas. Will tell you about that in my next blog. Bye now. PS: thanks for comment Judy.
